You cannot buy a house here. Antelope Ridge is a managed rental community near Ellsworth, and it gets mistaken for a subdivision often enough that it deserves its own page. Homes range from two to five bedrooms with fenced yards and attached garages, and Douglas school transportation is part of the setup. If you are relocating on a short timeline, it is worth comparing a lease here against owning in Raider Pointe, Liberty Plaza or Freedom Estates instead of assuming one is automatically cheaper.
What comes with the lease
Hunt Military Communities manages the neighborhood rather than individual landlords. Homes run 1,066 to 2,132 square feet with two to five bedrooms, attached single car garages and fenced backyards, with free bussing to Douglas School District schools.
The lease term, deposit, pet rules and availability come from Hunt, so use its current lease documents rather than an old rental listing.
If you want to own instead
Raider Pointe is the finished option closest to the gate. Liberty Plaza is new construction beside Box Elder's growing downtown. Freedom Estates has generally carried the lower recent sale band and more unfinished ground around it.
There is no Antelope Ridge sales history because these homes are not individually sold. That is the entire explanation. No paragraph of MLS archaeology required.
