About Henry

Before real estate I spent seven years as a transport officer with the Pennington County Sheriff's Office, ran a full-time photography business for over a decade, and served five years as a reserve police officer with the Sturgis Police Department. During the photography years I shot hundreds of military homecomings, always free of charge. That's where my respect for what military families carry comes from. I live in Summerset with my family.

Designations: MRP, ABR, SRS, CRS, SFR, CLHMS.

What clients say

"Henry knew exactly what we needed as a military family relocating to Rapid City. He worked around our crazy PCS schedule and helped us buy our home sight unseen. He was honest, responsive, and really knew the area. Couldn't have asked for more."
Verified buyer review
"Henry went above and beyond to help us sell our home quickly after we received PCS orders. We were nervous about handling the sale remotely, but he made everything so smooth and communicated every step. Highly recommend to any military family relocating from Ellsworth!"

Common questions

Do I need to be in South Dakota to buy a home at Ellsworth?
No. I do video tours, you can sign remotely, and I handle the local steps like inspections, appraisal access, and the walkthrough on your behalf.
Does Henry work with VA loans?
Yes. I work with local VA-approved lenders on VA purchases all the time. I'm not a lender myself, so the loan itself goes through them.
How far is Ellsworth AFB from Rapid City?
About 10 miles east of downtown Rapid City on I-90. Box Elder sits right at the gate.
Which towns do military families usually look at?
Box Elder, Rapid City, Rapid Valley, Summerset, Black Hawk, and Piedmont. The right one depends on your commute and budget, and I'll walk through each with you.
