The contact form on this site collects your name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide it, and the content of your message. This information is stored securely and is used only to respond to your inquiry and to provide the real estate services you requested. It is never sold or rented to third parties. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or an agency relationship.
Analytics and advertising cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, device type and browser. This data is used in aggregate to improve the site.
This site also uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to meet real estate recordkeeping obligations, generally up to five years, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.
Your requests
You may request a copy of the information submitted about you, ask for corrections, or ask that your information be deleted. Send requests to roy@henryroyrealestate.com and allow up to thirty days for a response.
